Listen Here is hosted by C.W., an administrative assistant at Lussier Community Education Center. C.W. was born in December of 1949 in Chicago, Illinois and grew up listening to jazz as a young boy. After high school, he went into the U.S. Marine Corps and moved to Madison, Wisconsin in 1979 where he raised his two sons. His diverse work has included working in manufacturing, vocational rehabilitation, and insurance, but one thing has remained the same, his love for jazz music. C.W.’s inspiration for the title of his show comes from the song Listen Here by Eddie Harris. Listen Here will feature less C.W., and more classic artist like Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald.
